How to Use +
General method of use:
First, take a drop of oil, apply it on the ring/middle finger, activate it by gently rubbing three to five times in a clockwise direction, then apply it below the ears and also take a moment to deeply inhale it.  Make sure to wipe your hand with a tissue after using the elixir.

You can apply it to pulse points, especially behind the ears and at the base of the throat and wrists. Can also be added to massage oils or baths. It is advisable to do a patch test as skin sensitivity varies.
Direct Inhalation:
Take a few drops, rub it on your fingertips in circular motion and simply inhale.
Diffusers:
Add to candle diffusers to disperse aroma into the air, creating a fragrant atmosphere.
