General method of use:
First, take a drop of oil, apply it on the ring/middle finger, activate it by gently rubbing three to five times in a clockwise direction, then apply it below the ears and also take a moment to deeply inhale it. Make sure to wipe your hand with a tissue after using the elixir.

Take a few drops, rub it on your fingertips in circular motion and simply inhale.
Diffusers:
Add to candle diffusers to disperse aroma into the air, creating a fragrant atmosphere.
