Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a Second Spring purchase, we will gladly return, refund, and exchange per policies below. Given the nature of our product our refund and return policies, require items to be returned in their original, unopened condition within a specific timeframe, 7-8 days, for a full refund. Second Spring has the right to limit returns or exchanges to prevent refund abuse.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unopened condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Common Refund Policy Elements:
Timeframe: Return window is typically 7-8 days from the date of delivery, for refunds.
Condition: Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Method: Refunds are  issued via the original payment method .
Sale Items: Sale or discounted items may have different or no refund policies.
Exceptions:
Defective /Damaged
May offer refunds for defective items returned within 3 days of receipt, subject to inspection and original packaging.

Incorrect Items
May offer exchanges for incorrectly shipped items, requiring 24-hour notice and return of unused, intact merchandise.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment.

Undelivered packages
There will be no refunds for non deliveries due to wrong or insufficient address, Customers must ensure correct and full address at the time of placing the order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
